Welcome to Odesek DNA & Drug Testing. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or engaging in our services.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Odesek DNA & Drug Testing services, including mobile testing, website, or any affiliated services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

 

2. Services Provided

Odesek DNA & Drug Testing provides DNA and drug testing services, including paternity, immigration, wellness, and legal testing. Our mobile testing services are available within a 30-mile radius of the requested location, with an additional charge for distances beyond 30 miles.

 

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information and test results. All data collected during testing will be handled in compliance with relevant privacy laws, including HIPAA regulations. 4. Test Results

Test results are typically available within 3-5 business days depending on the type of test requested. Once results are ready, they will be made available through our secure online portal. It is your responsibility to log in to your portal to view results.

 

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting our services. Any incorrect information may delay or invalidate your test results. Odesek DNA & Drug Testing is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.

 

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued for services that have not been rendered. Once the sample collection process has started, no refunds will be provided.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

Odesek DNA & Drug Testing will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to any errors or inaccuracies in the test results. You agree that our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

 

8. Compliance with Laws

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This includes all requirements related to the collection, transportation, and analysis of biological samples.

 

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
