We Come to You — Prepared to Sign
If you are too busy with work, at the hospital, or at home recovering, Odosek Lab Solutions comes directly to you. We offer mobile notary service across Columbia SC and the Midlands — available 24/7/365 at your chosen location with no travel fees.
People call us every day asking what to expect. Here is what actually happens: we arrive, verify your ID, review your documents for errors before you sign, watch you sign, and then stamp the notary seal. The whole appointment takes 15 to 30 minutes. One error in a notarized document can void the entire thing — we catch those mistakes before they become your problem. Call 803-766-0036 to schedule.
Mobile Notary — Columbia SC & the Midlands
What Happens at Your Notary Appointment
We come to you — home, office, hospital, or any location in the Midlands.
1
We Verify Your ID
We check your photo, name, and expiration date. If it doesn’t match, we don’t proceed — SC law requires this to protect you.
|
2
We Review Your Documents
We check for blank spaces, missing dates, and errors before you sign. Nine times out of ten, people don’t notice these gaps — we catch them first.
|
3
You Sign — We Watch
We witness your signature. That’s what a notary is — an official state witness. We then apply the notary seal and record it in our journal.
|
4
Done in 15–30 Minutes
Your document is legally notarized and accepted by courts, banks, title companies, and government agencies across South Carolina.

Every Document That Needs a Notary Seal in Columbia
It’s not just loan signings and real estate deals — there are more documents that require a notary seal than most people realize. We handle all of them, anywhere in Columbia.
🏠
Real Estate & Loans
Deeds, loan documents, closing packages, refinance agreements. Buying or selling in the Vista, Rosewood, or Northeast Columbia — your signatures need a notary seal.
📋
Powers of Attorney
General, limited, durable, and healthcare powers of attorney. These allow someone to act on your behalf — notarization makes them legally valid in South Carolina.
⚖️
Affidavits & Sworn Statements
Affidavits, sworn statements, and court filings. We administer oaths and affirmations as part of our notary work when documents require it.
👨👩👧
Custody & Family Documents
Child custody agreements, parental consent forms, and court submissions for family law matters in Richland County and across the Midlands.
🏥
Medical & Healthcare Directives
Advance directives, living wills, and healthcare proxies. We come directly to hospitals and care facilities anywhere in Columbia — 24/7.
🚗
Business & Vehicle Documents
Business contracts, vehicle title transfers, bill of sale, authorization letters, and financial agreements that require a notary stamp for legal validity.
|
What to Have Ready Before We Arrive
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID — a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. Expired IDs do not work. If your name on the document differs from your ID, bring a marriage certificate or legal name change document.
Do not sign your documents before we arrive. This is the most common mistake we see in Columbia. The notary must witness your signature in real time. If you signed ahead of time, we cannot notarize those documents — you’ll need a fresh copy. Call 803-766-0036 if you’re unsure.
|
We Come to Hospitals & Care Facilities — 24/7
Some of the most urgent notary needs happen at the worst possible times. A loved one in the hospital needs to sign a power of attorney or healthcare directive before surgery. A family can’t wait for a business-hours appointment. We’ve been there many times.
We come to Prisma Health, Lexington Medical Center, MUSC Health, and any hospital or care facility in the Columbia area — any time of day or night. Call 803-766-0036 and we’ll get there.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I have ready before your mobile notary arrives?
Have a valid government-issued photo ID ready — a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. Expired IDs do not work. Do not sign your documents ahead of time — we must witness your signature in real time. If you signed before we arrived, we cannot notarize those documents and you will need a fresh copy. That’s one of the most common mistakes we see in Columbia.
How quickly can you send a mobile notary to me in Columbia?
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year across Columbia SC and the Midlands. We schedule around your timeline, not ours. Whether you are at home in Five Points, at a hospital, or at your office downtown — call us at 803-766-0036 and we will coordinate immediately.
What types of documents can be notarized through your mobile service?
We notarize a wide range of documents right here in Columbia and across the Midlands — real estate closings, deeds, powers of attorney, wills, affidavits, business contracts, vehicle title transfers, custody agreements, healthcare directives, and court filings. If your document needs a notary seal, we handle it.
Can a mobile notary in Columbia witness an oath or affirmation?
Yes — we administer oaths and affirmations as part of our notary work in Columbia. This comes up often with affidavits, sworn statements, and custody-related documents. We handle these regularly and are prepared for them on every appointment.
Do I need a notary for my real estate closing in Columbia?
Yes — notarization is required for real estate closings in Columbia, including all neighborhoods from Rosewood to the Vista to Northeast Columbia. Loan documents, deeds, closing statements, and refinance paperwork all need a notary seal and witness signature before they are legally valid in South Carolina.
Can a notary public help me fill out my forms or give legal advice?
No — a notary public cannot help you fill out forms or give legal advice. This is true across South Carolina. Our role is to verify your identity, witness your signature, and apply the official notary seal. We are the state’s independent witness. If you need legal advice, you need an attorney — not a notary.
