A collector comes to you
Same-day collection is available across the Midlands, subject to scheduling. Photo ID is checked and chain-of-custody paperwork is completed for every specimen.

What to expect from results
- All laboratory confirmation drug testing offered by Odosek Lab Solutions uses urine specimens. If an initial oral-fluid screening requires confirmation, a separate urine collection will be arranged. Saliva, hair and breath alcohol tests are separate services.
- Rapid non-DOT screens: Negative screening results in as little as 5 minutes, on eligible rapid screening tests only. These are screening results. A non-negative rapid screen needs laboratory confirmation and MRO review.
- Laboratory results, including all DOT tests, are typically ready in 24–72 hours. Confirmation and MRO review of a non-negative result can add 1–3 business days.
- Hair tests usually take 5–10 business days.
Five-minute results apply to rapid screening only. They never apply to DOT laboratory tests, hair tests or laboratory confirmation.
