What's your coverage area if we're outside the 60-mile radius?
Mobile travel is included at no charge within 60 miles of an approved location. Outside that radius, travel is available for an additional fee — ask when you book and we'll quote it upfront. What happens if a participant doesn't show up?
We'll work with you to reschedule. Because the appointment is built around your case's schedule rather than a fixed site's hours, rescheduling is usually simpler than restarting the process at a lab.
Can you coordinate multiple participants in different locations?
Yes. Multi-party collections are part of what we coordinate — each participant can be tested at their own approved location, with the same chain-of-custody standard applied to every collection.
Is this accepted in court?
Every legal collection follows AABB chain-of-custody standards, and the sample is processed by an AABB-accredited laboratory — the documentation courts rely on for admissibility. We can't advise on how a specific court will treat any result — that's a question for your judgment as counsel — but the documentation is built to the standard courts expect.
How fast can we get a same-day appointment?
Same-day collection is available in most cases, with appointments available up to 8:00 PM — call as early as you can, and we'll confirm a window based on collector availability in your area.
